There's recipes using canned and fresh salmon, salads, pasta, baked, en croute and a wonderful whole poached salmon.

Each recipe has serving suggestions to make it a complete meal.

We're told we should eat two to three portions of fish a week and one of those should be oily - salmon of course, falls into that category and it doesn't matter if it's canned or fresh.
