Canned Tuna, Indian Pan Fried Basa & Cod in Foil
March 15, 2013

Hello :-)

I hope you're well.

I'm very sorry about my earlier email - I had a non-techy moment and pressed the wrong button!!

So - that was last month's newsletter I re-sent - here's this month's.

Canned tuna is so versatile - I cook with it two or three times a month. It's economical, tasty and doesn't seem to smell like fresh fish, which is always a bonus.

The recipes on the following page cover lasagne, spaghetti, fish cakes and tuna melt.

The next recipe is a very simple Indian Pan Fried Basa with a cool minty yoghurt and spicy rice.

Very simple and quick to make.

Any white fish will do if you don't have basa, but it's a very popular fish and I normally keep a pack of fillets in my freezer.

Last but not least, Baked Fish in Foil.

Easy to cook and doesn't make a mess!

Thank you for your lovely emails - it's so good to hear from you.

As always, if you have any questions, please reply to this email and ask away or
