Seafood Pasta--with seafood in the pasta!

I saw an Iron Chef episode where the chefs used seafood of some sort--I think it was fish--as an ingredient in the pasta. It impressed me as being a very interesting way to serve a fish course.
For Christmas I got an extruding pasta maker for my KitchenAid mixer, so I'm now well-equipped to make seafood pasta! But the only recipes I can find are for seafood mixed into conventional pasta after it's cooked. Some great dishes, to be sure, but not what I'm looking for!
Can you suggest some recipes for making pasta with fish or shellfish as a major ingredient?
