Recipe for Grilling Fish
Citrus Salmon

This recipe for grilling fish has been submitted by Linda from www.lower-cholesterol-today.com Linda has information on her site which gives advice on all aspects of cholesterol.

This salmon recipe is loaded with omega 3 (good for your heart) and the delightful taste of orange. A recipe that is quick, easy, healthy, and tastes Ummm...Ummm Good

Citrus Salmon
1 fillet salmon (about 4 oz/100g)
salt and pepper
1-3 splashes red wine vinegar
top with several thin slices of leek
1 slice of orange

Place fish on grill or broiler tray.

Salt and pepper to suit your taste

Splash 1-3 dashes of red wine vinegar on the salmon as desired.

Top with several thinly sliced leek slices.

Top with orange slice. When eating, just squeeze the juice from orange on the fish for more citrus flavor.

You can broil or grill this recipe. I like using my George Foreman grill. Keep a close eye on fish while cooking as the fish cooks quickly. Salmon is done when it is firm and flaky.
