Best way to cook shark

Shark Steaks

I would say that shark steaks are best barbecued - or grilled.

Take a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice, add some garlic salt, paprika and pepper.

Brush this over the shark steaks and grill or barbecue for about 5 minutes a side - baste when you turn.

Easy as anything - shark needs little in the way of elaborate cooking - it's meaty and tasty without much else.

Serve it with a salad and some baked potatoes or rice.
