Do I have to adjust cooking time if I'm making two lasagnes

by Martha

I really like your seafood lasagne recipe and I want to cook two at the same time so I can freeze one to use at a later date.

Do I have to adjust the timings when I'm cooking two at the same time?

Baking 2 Seafood Lasagnes
by: Liz

Hi Martha

If you can put both seafood lasagnes on the same shelf, then there shouldn't need to be an adjustment in cooking time.

If you have to put them on separate shelves, then add about 15 minutes to the cooking time and swap them round half way through so that they get even cooking time on the bottom and top shelf.

The one on the bottom at the end may be less brown than the top one, so when you take out the one to eat 'now' put the bottom one back on the top for another 5 or 10 minutes so that it can brown.
