Culinary Schools
I have researched culinary schools which offer either online courses or distance learning. I am constantly on the lookout as I 'surf' and if anybody knows of a culinary college that I have not got listed, please let me know. as a thank you for contributions. Oxford Distance Learning These offer a Diet and Nutrition course which would be very useful in a catering career. They also - and forgive me here, for wandering 'off topic' but I am so tempted myself to have a go - offer a Herbal Medicine Course and a Flower Remedies Course - I really have enough to do and shouldn't, but... I have applied to two other companies to be able to post their details here, but haven't heard back from them yet - I'll update as soon as I hear.
